New Chef at the Wall House
In early April, Sylvain Noƫl began his career as chef at The Wall House, a very popular restaurant on La Pointe in Gustavia just across the street from the harbor. Noƫl has 10 years of experience at several restaurants in the U.S. and has created a new menu at The Wall House featuring flavors from the Mediterranean, Asia, the South of France and the West Indies. A new lunch offering is the lobster club sandwich. The restaurant continues to offer a large choice of grilled fish and meat cooked on the rotisserie near the entrance. Also, the daily lunch special for 10.50 euros is still in effect and a 29-euros menu in the evening. The Wall House is open every day for lunch and dinner (except for Sunday lunch) from October through May.
