From the Travel Weekly Caribbean newsletter:

FAIRMONT HOTELS & RESORTS will unfurl its flag on Anguilla when the 140-room Fairmont Anguilla opens on the island's south coast in 2010. The luxury property will be the Toronto-based company's fourth resort in the Caribbean, where it already has beachheads in Barbados, Bermuda and on Canouan (under the Raffles brand) in the Grenadines. The Anguilla project will include, in addition to the hotel, an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and club, and the Fairmont Residences, composed of condominiums, villas and estate homes. The hotel will offer 15,000 square feet of meetings space, a 15,000-square-foot Willow Stream Spa, dining outlets, a beach club and a variety of pools.
