Martinique's Maison d'Hotes Plein Soleil in the town of Le Francois on the Atlantic coast completed a six-month renovation, which included an expansion of its restaurant, the addition of a new pool area and an increase in accommodations from 12 to 16 guest rooms and suites.
The property originally opened in 1998.
The guest rooms and suites are spread among five villas, adorned with wooden fretwork in the Creole style. Each of the two new 1,033-square-foot Jardin Suites features a bedroom with high ceilings, a large bathroom, a deck and a private plunge pool.
