Having stayed there pre-Ivan and just this past January, I can attest to the fact that some things have changed. However, some units were already modernized/updated prior to Ivan and remain the same with the exception of hurricane proof windows/doors(smart move but gosh are they heavy!!). The exterior certainly was redone/repainted. The pool had already been in place.

Not so sure the price is a 'bargain' as time will tell once the other new condos are open and running. Still it's a lovely place to stay.
