Fishing!

I'll be chartering a 49' sailboat for two weks over Christmas and New Years. This will be my 4th charter there but first time fishing. I'm planning on bringing my trolling rod. I know I need a permit and have that covered but I was wondering if anybody has trolled the BVI and what worked best as far as baits, lures, rig setup etc. Also what kind of species I can expect to go for during that time of year. You will catch 85% barracuda, so be prepared with a lip grip and pliers to remove the hook. Unless you go out over the deep drop you are not likely to catch anything too exciting. But mackeral, jack, barracuda will be common to catch.

squid looking things work well for just about everything.
