Island Dream house (@ Nail Bay?) vs. Olde Yard Village.

We've kind of narrowed down options for an April stay on Virgin Gorda between the Island Dream villa which I think is around or in Nail Bay and renting a condo at Olde Yard Village. We're a family of 4 with two girls aged 6 and 9. Any advice?
