Cayo Coco Vs Cayo Guillermo

Postby jenny » Thu Jun 15, 2006 5:43 pm

Thanks for your comments. The web page you suggested gave me some useful information but not much about Cayo Coco itself. Which island is better, Cayo Coco or Cayo Guilermo? Do you know any other web page? By the way, do you speak Spanish? Thanks.

Cayo Coco Vs Cayo Guillermo

Postby Canuks » Fri Jul 07, 2006 5:30 pm

They both are really close to each other. They both use the same Airport. Resorts are within 30 min. max away.

Any excursion you do from Island one you can do from the other.

We happen to like the Cayo Guillermo as we are divers and the dive sites are a bit closer to Cayo Guillermo.

The beaches at Cayo Guillermo are very low sloped so between high & low tide there is a signifigant difference in the beach.
