Postby jcboy » Fri Jul 07, 2006 7:04 pm

Hi, I am planning to travel to cuba next week. Is Sunblock 45 enough in July weather or should I buy 60?
Thanks

Depends on how fair you are! Definately a personal decision on your part!

We never use more than 30 SPF and only for the first couple of days. After that, it's 15 SPF. Re-applying the sunblock regularly is most important.

If you go with a 30 and re-apply regularly, there is less chance of missing a spot and finding out painfully the next day.
As long as it adds up to the same, 30 every hour or 60 every two hours, you should be OK. Just don't forget.
