is it easy to get a visa for Thais?

Need some advises or information about applying CUBAN visa, please help.
I am a 33 yrs old Thai woman. I have been living in UK since 1996 as a post-grad student. I married to a lovely Brithish man "Paul"in 2002. Then now I have permarnant resident UK visa. Everytime we book holiday, I need to make sure that I can easily get a visa to travel. Luckily, I have never had any problems getting visa to travel anywhere.
Well, I'm still holding Thai passport.

Does anyone know how easy to get CUBAN visa for non-UK passport holder?
We are planning to visit CUBA in july.
