Good Luck with this new format.

I've been waiting for this.
Hopefully you will continue and the jerks with nothing constructive to add will lose interest.

Agreed, But...

There's no doubt that this should make it a little harder for the trolls and trouble-makers.

BUT: It won't eliminate the determined - there are ways.

BUT: It won't stop those who are just contrary by nature. As an example: on many forums, anything that a certain individual from Western Canada posts is attacked, regardless of any value it may have. Often these attacks come from registered, regular visitors.

I prefer the new forum style, and the rules.

There are just certain forums where there always seems to be to be some kind of trouble - not just with us and Caribbean-On-Line, but at some others I visit too. Most of our forums are relatively incident free, and then there are a few that always flame up, and it isn't always specific to a certain person or event, etc. Like I have stated previously, I would prefer an open forum, but at this point the management of this site is just too much to handle that. This is not a cure all, but as was stated, it should make things somewhat easier.

Good Job

Good job Anthony. The new format makes for much easier reading and following the continuity of a thread.

It will be interesting to see how it evolves with use.

Thanks for the Mandatory Registration. At least this way there is some measure of control on content.
