bringing prescription narcotics into Cuba

Does anyone have any experience bringing narcotic prescriptions into Cuba while on vacation? I'm getting married at Beaches Varadero in April, and my mom is coming and she's on narcotics for her back. Just want to make sure that she not going to have any problems getting into the country with them. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

We didn't have any problem with prescribed drugs, the drugs packets had the name and address on them and we took a receipt copy of the persciption with the Doctors details on, if you don't get one of these you can get a letter from your Doctor's surgery, we made sure that all sealed containers were new and didn't break the seal until we had cleared customs
