Golf course info needed

Will be on Anguilla in June and the men in our group want to play golf at the new course. I have heard the rates are $425, have tried the website with no information or response. Wondering about club rental and cart fees. If anyone can provide me with their experience at the course, I'd appreciate it.

I'd be interested in knowing that myself because I thought there were no carts -- only forecaddies and caddies.
Perhaps I am wrong.
Early on I was taken for a look-see around the course. At that time I was told they will have clubs for rent.

Haven't been there myself but this is some of the info I've gathered***:

Golf Rates
Booking window = 90 days

Local Resort Guest Nov. 1st, 2006 – April 15th, 2007 $415.00
Junior Rate (17 & Under) $215.00

Local Resort Guest April 16th, 2007 –June 30th, 2007 $315.00
Junior Rate (17 &Under) $165.00

Local Resort Guest July 1st, 2007 – Aug. 31st, 2007 $265.00
Junior Rate (17 & Under) $140.00

All golf rates include; Greens Fees, Cart Fees, Range Fees, required Caddie and two bottles of water. These rates do not include and gratuities.

Cancellation Policy
Temenos Golf Club has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If a golf reservation is not cancelled 24 hours in advance of the starting time, Temenos Golf Club reserves the right to charge the recorded credit card for any applicable charges as they pertain to the round(s) of golf booked by the hotel concierge.

Rental Equipment
Temenos Golf Club provides Titleiest, Callaway, Cobra, Macgregor golf clubs and Footjoy golf shoes.

Rental Clubs are $65.00 per set
Foot Joy Rental Shoes are $20.00

Golf Lessons
Golf lessons are provided by the Temenos Golf Club, PGA Professional staff and must be booked 24 hours in advance.

Golf Spike Policy
Temenos Golf Club is a soft spike only facility. Metal or ceramic spikes are not permitted due to the conditioning of the golf course and for the safety of our guest’s whilst inside the clubhouse.

Re: Caddies & Carts from the Temenos golf brochure:
All golf rates include: Greens Fees, Cart Fees, Range Fees,
Forecaddie and two bottles of water. Service charge of $15.00
is not included.
