"Effective 1st October 2008, the St. Maarten-based Windward Islands Airways International N.V. (WinAir) restarted scheduled air services to Montserrat, enabling seamless connections with international carriers to Montserrat via Antigua and St. Maarten. WINAIR will be using its nineteen (19) seater DHC-6 PropJet aircraft and its BNI seven (7) seater (islander) Aircraft. All with two pilots and WinAir's 47 years of experience as a scheduled Caribbean regional airline."
The Montserrat Tourist Board wants everyone to know that:
